The Ethics Hotseat event is a fun and interactive discussion between students and the selected business professional panelists.

Topic of discussion:
Bain Capital, Blackstone Group, the Association for Corporate Growth…are they ruthless Anglo-Saxon capitalists who destroy jobs or important contributors to efficiency and innovation? The panel will consider the ethical implications of private equity companies and their role in a market economy.

Panelists include:

V. Michael Eitler possesses 20 years of broad based strategic, operational, financial
and administrative experience within private and public companies.

Penny Larsen – Founder of Links Financial, LLC
Penny Larsen has assisted public and private companies for more than 25 years.
She has been involved in over $1.5 billion of debt financing for middle market
companies and real estate developers.
